At Royale Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't meet your expectations, here is how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

• Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, opened grooming products and Cologne are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom-tailored items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Orders@Royalemens.com with your order number.

2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Items

If your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
